(by e-mail or video) and making the payment, you are agreeing to our terms

Fee paid is valid for 10 days only. After 10
days you will be charged again.
Describe your problem clearly in minimum words
possible. Maximum 50 words.
Please indicate if you have any pre-existing
diseases like Diabetes, Hypertension, Chronic Liver disease, Chronic
Kidney disease, Hypercholesterolemia, Pregnancy, Bronchial asthma, drug
allergy, food allergy or any long-term medications you are on.
You are allowed to ask only one question/problem
per consultation unless the issues are related.
If any tests are advised, you must get the
tests done and send us the reports within the validity period to us
through website. We can assist you in getting the tests done.
All the clients will be served on FIRST COME
FIRST SERVICE basis.
All the legal disputes shall be addressed in
Bangalore jurisdiction only.
We shall not be giving any legal advice.
Information provided by us shall not be used against any other
professionals.
Cancellation Policy:
1. No Cancellation for E-Mail Consultations.
2. Video Consultations can be rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours before the booked appointment.
Refund Policy:
1. Refund applicable for ONLY Video Consultations.
2. Video Consultations can be cancelled before 24 hours of the booked appointment.
3. No refund if cancelled between 0 to 24 hours before the booked appointment.
4. 50% refund if cancelled between 24 to 48 hours before the booked appointment.
5. 75% refund if cancelled 48 hours before the booked appointment.
